Are we covered by any authority to get our investment back? The company that took the money on behalf of Marshbell Group are in fact FCA regulated. Has anyone begun their legal action?

I have been receiving responses too, albeit slow as they have switched to an email only communication channel, there is a chap from their client services team Peter who seems to be on the ball and helpful with any questions.

Not to worry all. If you email clientservices@marshbellgroup.com they are usually responsive. I emailed them on Monday and had a response within 48hours, although they can take up to a week at times. Good luck.

I also have the same problem. I can't contact anyone. It seems that the address has changed and directors have resigned. Only one now based in Singapore. So how to contact Marshbell and how to contact other investors to discuss the situation?
