“We received no order confirmation and it's taken several e-mails for us to find out that our order will be two weeks late. Better communication and a solution to this problem would have resulted in a better rating. Right now we are letting a customer down and cannot tell them when we can deliver to them.”

“Can't keep promised delivery date. Had to phone multiple times to follow up. No information provided for shipping / collection. Poor customer service.”
