“Poor customer service … no communication from sales team. Products most of the time are good but a bit hit and miss with protective wrapping etc and the metal swarf not being cleaned out of the profile before wrapping. They have one guy Phil Perkins who is excellent and should be running the company … he’s the only reason I stay with Matara.”

“I'm building a campervan and really wanted to find a supplier of aluminium extrusion to match a lot of US based 80/20 builds found on social media. I placed a small order for accessories, so perhaps I am an unusual customer type and not the typical target market for Matara. I struggled to organise a courier (Royal Mail) with multiple delays and eventually received an incomplete order.”
