“J'ai récement fait l'acquisition du lot des 5 lasers. le transport et la livraison c'est très bien passé, cependant un petit bémol sur les lasers. En effet, 1 stylo sur 5 c'est démonté seul (heureusement que j'en ai encore d'autres) J'ai été surpris car je pensais qu'ils étaient plus robuste que cela, car je ne l'ai pas fait tomber. Je l'ai simplement sorti de ma poche, et en appuyant sur le bouton mache, celui-ci c'est ouverrt à l'avant.”

“OMG! These people are amazing in all areas but especially in their customer service. I don't think I've ever dealt with such nice and helpful people!! I "thought" something was wrong with my AcuGraph that was only a week old so I put in a service request but they called me right away and guided me on how to get it going again. Then they upgraded my shipping (for free!) because the postal service I chose was too slow and emailed me with suggestions for future shipping. Wonderful people!”

Hi Melissa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how important transparency is, and I’d like to clarify the recent price change. Due to rising manufacturing costs, we had to adjust prices for our lasers. However, since we still have some stock available at the previous acquisition cost, we’re passing those savings along during this sale. Prices did not increase across all products—only the lasers were affected.
