It has been a great experience with this company, truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. They answer very quickly and are extremely helpful. I have used their Vet Photizo Red Light for a year and it is an awesome product. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for everything!

Best customer service! Truly top notch at addressing my concerns and going above and beyond to troubleshoot some product issues I had. Dr. Larsen and team were patient, helpful and honest. They fixed my issues in a timely manner too!

Nick's support was outstanding - he was quick to understand the issue and the fact that I was not based in the US (I am in India) - and to provide a solution accordingly. He further helped me by upgrading my shipping by USPS to priority, which really helped since the cost of shipping was exceeding the cost of the charger itself if I went with that option myself. Appreciate the willingness to work with the customer to find a solution, very promptly.

I have been an acupuncturist for almost a decade using numerous vendors for my patient care and Miridia tech is BY FAR the best company i have every worked with. Not only are their products the highest of quality that yield the best results for my patients, but their customer care is second to none. They go above and beyond, respond immediately and i receive my shipments promptly. I have had nothing but a positive experience with each and every interaction/order with them... and there have been many.

OMG! These people are amazing in all areas but especially in their customer service. I don't think I've ever dealt with such nice and helpful people!! I "thought" something was wrong with my AcuGraph that was only a week old so I put in a service request but they called me right away and guided me on how to get it going again. Then they upgraded my shipping (for free!) because the postal service I chose was too slow and emailed me with suggestions for future shipping. Wonderful people!
