“When I phoned Miridia, it was to inquire about electrode clips to attach to my microcurrent machine. I had been searching the internet for this gem for probably over two years! Looking at them, I wondered, "How can these clips possibly connect to an acupuncture needle?" Nick answered the phone, patiently listened to my inquiry, promptly all of my questions, and kindly inivted me to call back if I needed any other assistance. As soon as we hung up, I ordered the needle electrode adapter online. Shortly after, I received an email that my order had shipped! The same day. I received my package yesterday and have now spent my second day with my new tool. Thank you Nick. Thank you Miridia. You may hear from me real soon. GREAT service!”

“You only find out how good the service is when things go wrong, two products broke within one week. Send them and the same day they received them, they were repaired/replaced and returned.”
