Your stag help has been great but I would have appreciated advice to buy the package drat. Having problems loving in to live nine and getting information slowly cost me a lot more money. To be informed at the beginning could have helped. Thanks KTie

I love all my products from Miridia Tech! I have a very busy wellness practice and all my rooms are equipped with point o selects (4) and I use their herbs with satisfaction.

You only find out how good the service is when things go wrong, two products broke within one week. Send them and the same day they received them, they were repaired/replaced and returned.

I have two EAM devices and love them. The only issue is - they have broken 3 times in a year. Each time, the Miridia team has helped quickly and resolved each issue. Thank you!!

I purchased this unit for a dog I had that was having knee issues. I wasn't able to use it because surgery was his only option, he had a torn acl. So I stored the unit in the box. I now have a new dog who is having some issues so thought I would give it a try. I pulled out the unit, it would not turn on. No problem, I pulled out the charger and charged it. The unit blinked on and turned right back off. I contacted Miridia and they suggested a new charger so I did that. I got the new charger, charged for over 2 hours, same with the unit it blocks and turns back off. The company's response was sorry it may be out of the units lifespan. So basically, it cost a fortune and has a short life span.

Tammy, we absolutely want to make sure that your experience with us is a good one. The Photizos do come with a 1 year manufactures warranty, so sorry that it had passed by the time the issue arose.

A thousand thanks to Miridia Acupuncture Technology! The opportunity to take courses through the Learning Portal to deepen one's knowledge in Auriculotherapy is very enjoyable and educational. For me, delving into Qi was a real eye-opener, and the connection to fascia, thanks to Dr. Larsen for that lecture, was very informative and inspiring. Learning about the landmarks of the ear was practically useful for me, especially in conversations with colleagues when discussing various treatment protocols. Thanks to Dr. Terry Olesson, it was fantastic to hear about the ear and gain so much knowledge about the area. Being able to expand one's toolbox to help clients with various ailments is valuable, thanks to Kimberly Thompson for the overview of the Rapid Release product; it was interesting and enriching to learn about. Jenni was quite helpful in assisting me in ordering a silent device. I work with sound sensitive dogs who become agitated when hearing digital beeps. This was the perfect answer!

I love this company. Everything I have purchase from them (which is a lot) has improved my treatment outcomes. Let’s see I own the AcuGraph, Gunnar Light, PointOSelect, the entire EAM system (still learning about that), and recently the CES Ultra. I have had such great results with the POS that it made me a believer in all of their products.
