I purchased this unit for a dog I had that was having knee issues. I wasn't able to use it because surgery was his only option, he had a torn acl. So I stored the unit in the box. I now have a new dog who is having some issues so thought I would give it a try. I pulled out the unit, it would not turn on. No problem, I pulled out the charger and charged it. The unit blinked on and turned right back off. I contacted Miridia and they suggested a new charger so I did that. I got the new charger, charged for over 2 hours, same with the unit it blocks and turns back off. The company's response was sorry it may be out of the units lifespan. So basically, it cost a fortune and has a short life span.

Tammy, we absolutely want to make sure that your experience with us is a good one. The Photizos do come with a 1 year manufactures warranty, so sorry that it had passed by the time the issue arose.

I have have been a regular customer of Miridia Technology since 2005. The quality of their state-of-the-art products has kept the company at the forefront of the alternative medicine field. After meeting the entire team at the Symposium in Idaho last summer, I realized that this is a very special group of people. I feel like a member of the family and I know that when I call with a problem, they'll take great care of me. Great people and great products!

A thousand thanks to Miridia Acupuncture Technology! The opportunity to take courses through the Learning Portal to deepen one's knowledge in Auriculotherapy is very enjoyable and educational. For me, delving into Qi was a real eye-opener, and the connection to fascia, thanks to Dr. Larsen for that lecture, was very informative and inspiring. Learning about the landmarks of the ear was practically useful for me, especially in conversations with colleagues when discussing various treatment protocols. Thanks to Dr. Terry Olesson, it was fantastic to hear about the ear and gain so much knowledge about the area. Being able to expand one's toolbox to help clients with various ailments is valuable, thanks to Kimberly Thompson for the overview of the Rapid Release product; it was interesting and enriching to learn about. Jenni was quite helpful in assisting me in ordering a silent device. I work with sound sensitive dogs who become agitated when hearing digital beeps. This was the perfect answer!

I love this company. Everything I have purchase from them (which is a lot) has improved my treatment outcomes. Let’s see I own the AcuGraph, Gunnar Light, PointOSelect, the entire EAM system (still learning about that), and recently the CES Ultra. I have had such great results with the POS that it made me a believer in all of their products.

Very responsive on emailed questions re the training they provide. The training is excellent and inspiring. They called me re a shipping issue with my address. Sent out the product right away. I could not imagine better customer service. Excited to start using the Gunalight.

You can get real people on the phone to help out with anything. Jenny was terrific in responding to a minor problem from mail damage. And Adrian is an excellent product designer, and a great teacher!
