i still waiting for my order because of fedex taxe problem to get it in france. I don't have taxe number in france so i haven't my laser!!!! if u cannot sell in france just bring my money back!!!

Hello Denis, Thank you for your feedback. We have shipped to France before without a problem. Some countries have restrictions on imports of certain goods or have import requirements. We make our best efforts to let you know if there will be any issues with the goods you have purchased, but we cannot be responsible for the laws of your country or the decisions of your customs officials, which is why we have all international orders sign a customs form so you are aware before we ship. Can you tell customs it is a personal use product and not related to a company? Do you need additional documentation from us? Let us know what we can do to help you. I purchased the GUNA light and have really enjoyed it and how simple it was to make the purchase at a conference and then it was shipped to me very quickly.

This is a very good company. Dr Adrian researches his technology and information in depth. I have bought multiple products from Miridia and I use them with great success each time I work. I was so excited when he and Dr. Steiner teamed up. When I've had questions or concerns the response has been super quick and each person was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped to resolve any issues.

I contacted Miridia after ordering a laser pen because it had not yet arrived. I was surprised it seemed to be taking quite a while to get to me. As it turned out I had missed an email requiring action in my part. Once I completed the necessary actions my order was shipped that day and arrived to me before the end of the week. I was really pleased with the service I received and the prompt delivery!
