The Miridia team is ALWAYS excellent in their service. The tech team helped me sort out what I needed to get Acugraph functioning properly. When there was a problem with a piece of new equipment, Jenni responded quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the support I get from the company. And it’s always been like that!

Hi. I believe that I have been dealing with Miridia Technology, Inc shortly after it first opened, and it was a 5-star experience then with the company and acugraph. I took a break from my health practice, and when I came back after my father's death, one of the first things I did is reach out to MiridiaTech. The charts, marketing, tools, and keeping up with best practice trends assisted me in ramping up in no time at all. I have added two practitioners, they fell in love with the acugraph, and we are looking forward to a growth rate of 150%. We use the acugraph in a clinical and practice settings. I would recommend MiridiaTech to anyone. The customer "care" is great, Kimberley is from another planet altogether, she is off the hook. We love Kimberly. And Dr. Larsen has no words that can possibly describe him, or express our gratitude. We feel if Kimberly is this great, Dr. Larsen was incredibly smart to bring her into the MiridiaTech family. Dr. Larsen hopefully will be honored in some acupuncture hall of fame alongside Dr. Yoshio Nakatani. Dr. Larsen's vision and endurance have made MiridiaTech a company that stands far above any other in the world of acupuncture. We salute MiridiaTech, and if you work with them, we are certain you will too.

First and foremost the equipment and devices sold are second to none. The Pointoselect Digital is an absolute must for any clinic regardless of the treatments offered, and the EAM Special Edition is essential if you do Acupuncture. The customer service is possibly the best I have ever received, and this was all down to Jenni who has been an absolute pleasure to lease with. I shall be purchasing more from Miridia in the future! Meridia Tech folks are the best! Recently I needed a cable replacement for my Acugraph. I packed up my old cables to send back to them and did not realize a personal item of my partner was still in the envelope. The technicians at Miridia found it, carefully set it aside, and returned it to me with my new cables. Most companies would not have bothered. They rate a five all the way around!

I really appreciated the updates on the delays in the product. You were very transparent and genuine in your communication. I've had multiple delays with other vendors (CB2, West Elm) and they are impossible to get a straight answer from.
