Great products.State of the art..best I've seen on the market, with excellent responsive support and continuing education. They are definitely the leader in the field making it easier for practitioners to treat patients with auricular therapy.

Thank you Miridia Technology Inc. for making it so easy for me to purchase and receive my laser pen set. I have been able to implement the use of the pens into my practice and am very pleased with the results. Looking forward to trying some other tools in the future.

There should be another system of mailing, like EPS or Fedex ??? to send one enveloppe to Canada BC. $40.00 for mail is a bit much don't you think. You by for $20.00 and to get here cost $70.00. well. That stop you from whant to by more. Gilles The product is cool and practicle.

We always appreciate feedback! International mail is tricky, especially for a small company with limited international orders. We are always seeking to improve and hope that we can find a better postage option for Canada in the future!

Wow! So refreshing! Everyone is so supportive and helpful not to mention polite. Perfect service and attention to detail. They give so much, and no egos in the way. - not many companies like this these days. Thank You so very much and for your wonderful products. They always get back quickly but as I'm in UK obviously I have to wait for the office to reopen - not an issue at all.

I recently ordered a Photizo light therapy unit from Miridia to be shipped to me in Canada (where there are no dealers). The ordering process online was very easy and quick. I received confirmation and an important notice regarding possible import and tax fees that could be added to my order when it came through customs. I emailed Miridia to ask of their experience shipping to Canada in the past and was quickly answered and my concerns allayed. My unit was shipped the same day and tracking permitted me to follow its progress daily. It arrived just over a week later. We were charged taxes and an import fee, but that was expected thanks to Miridia's prompt and accurate description of the process. The unit arrived fully charged and we've been enjoying the benefits every day since. I recommend Miridia for personal service, polite and timely communication and swift processing.

Dear Miridia team, Having recently purchased your Acugraph 5 Practice Builder Package Enterprice and answering your request for feedback, which I appreciate since it shows you are using feedback to improve products and services, I am glad to phrase my impression so far in a couple of items. I enjoyed very much: • A correct, well organized, early informed and fast delivery of ordered products (within 10 days) • A pre-delivery warning of involved import taxes and duties, such that delivery and payment could be done on mutual agreement • A swift access to the systems and easy download of required software • A handsome and easy guidance for installation of hard- and software • A nice, friendly and professional collaboration with focus on understanding, practical needs and including feedback of users and therapists. • Very clear guidance through the educational material, training and webinars Very many thanks for the professional approach. The Photizo that I bought from Miridia is very helpful. I use it on all three of my horses. My mare has an acute condition. As she is improving I wanted to find out if the device is in fact helpful. I have been using it every day and can see improvement. Then I purposely did not use in for one day and felt that she was limping more than the day prior. As I am trying a lot of different supplements and approaches to aid her recovery, I felt that this might give me a clue with regards to what degree the Photizo treatment aids in her recovery. I am impressed and will continue to use it.

I have nothing but positive feedback regarding Miridia Technology. Every time I need help with something, big or small, everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant...and this has been after over 10 years of using their products! During the pandemic, which has been difficult for everyone, they stepped it up even more and supported our acupuncture community by giving away free CEUs and creating a sense of community amongst us internationally no less! I am forever grateful!

Hello Jeong, Unfortunately with the shipping delays due to the inclement weather in Texas, deliveries have been unpredictable with every carrier, in every state. We always ship out orders within 1-2 business days and from there, it is out of our control and in the hands of the shipment carrier. We always choose the carrier that will be most efficient based on the size of the package and the delivery distance, and we also offer free shipping, which offers the disclaimer of 5-10 business days. We're sorry to hear that your delivery was affected by the nationwide delays and hope your product will be satisfactory! Thanks for the feedback.
