“We searched for our preferred coffee beans for a long time before we found Modern Standard. We contacted them about our preferences and they cared enough about a new domestic customer to make very effective suggestions about the coffee we could try from their extensive range. We now have what we regard as the perfect coffees for our individual tastes. We each prefer a different blend but we find both of them good. Even the Decaf seems OK when it is necessary to use it. Our coffee consumption has risen significantly. We now use their tea selections and their drinking chocolate. We believe they really do care about quality, choice and reliability.”

“So impressed with my order from Modern Standard Coffee! The order was despatched on the same day and arrived the next day. I was surprised to see the beans had even been roasted just one day before so they were really fresh. It was a gift for my partner and he said the coffee tastes great and I think the packaging also looks nice on our kitchen counter.”

“We've had a Modern Standard subscription for over a year. We get 1kg of "roasters choice" every month, so a different coffee every time. They have all been excellent, with some real stand-out coffees every so often. Delivery is always quick and the price is lower than many other roaster subscriptions, but you still get the highest quality specialty coffee. We're Fife-based as well so it's great to support a local business, and if we run out before the end of the month we can pick up a small bag from the roastery to keep us going :) Highly recommended!”
