“I felt there was such a lack of communication which resulted in me losing my temper and was extremely angry throughout the whole process. I felt John was patronising at times and belittled my company through text messages that I hold. Would never deal with them again”

As a broker, we always aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers. However, we are unable to control lender turnaround times, and these factors can impact our own time frames. This can also affect the frequency of communications we are able to provide. “From start to finish. The guys at the garage were so helpful and never at any time did I feel bullied or not in control. Everything was explained in detail as the process went along and I even got curtsey calls makin sure I was happy and understood everything. I can't theank them enough for making everything so easy to understand.”
