“I had my chargers fitted by these months ago. They couldn’t sort out load balancing and blamed Tesla. I have written to them several times asking for confirmation that the chargers are safe and they will not respond. Avoid like the plague. They seem like lovely people until they have your money.”

“I had my charger installed by an excellent technician and I was in close contact with Karl beforehand to ensure everything went smoothly and received great advice. All my questions were answered accurately and I am very impressed with the overall level of professionalism.”

“Efficient email contact requesting photos of FuseBox, Electric meter cabling, earthed Gas & Water facilities, proposed calling run and location of Tesla Wall charger. Also highlighted that my home mains fuse of 80Amps needed upgrading to 100Amps by UK Power Networks (free of charge) and provided URL to their Request website. Unfortunately UK Power Networks couldn’t upgrade fuse for >3 weeks so the Wall charger was installed but only to deliver 2.4kW charging. Once the home fuse was upgraded to 100Amp, Mr Charger visited again to uprate the Tesla Wall charger to 7kW charging”

“Quoting and explanation of process was very good. Communication around the installation was very good a small delay but fully communicated. The installer was very good and helped explain the setting up of the charger and linking it to the Tesla app. One small feedback point would have been to sweep up the area where he had been drilling and working. Overall a very good experience and would recommend.”
