“These people will send you a code for a different region than the one you ordered. According to them, what makes a code a usa code is them writing PSN USA. i have been following up for over a week now and they keep saying they are working on it just to leave me hanging. they will reply here saying i made a mistake but i know what i ordered...what was sent was not a usa code for psn. i have shared picture evidence. we all know that if you try to redeem a psn code that is already redeemed, you get an error message telling you the code has already been redeemed, not an error message telling you the code could not be redeemed, that usually means the regions do not match. See the pictures attached”

They have set up AI bot to give responses on their behalf so you won't get anywhere even if you contact them via whatsapp or their website's ticket system.”
