Have been using myBMI for a while now and have always found them to be very efficient, good value for money and answer any questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend myBMI.

Order was despatched promptly however courier DPD sent message to my mobile saying “try to deliver but no home” package will dropped of at nearest collection point this was not true I was working from home as well as having builders working downstairs going in abducts house they never saw a dpd van pull outside my house I was very annoyed this product should refrigerated on. Delivery so I add m unsatisfied with service bmi gave provided

I'm only on week 1 but so far so good. I'm on 0.25mg of Ozempic. I have had good communication so far with MyBMI. They explained what the first month would be like, which I really appreciated. I've already lost 2lbs. I haven't felt nauseous at all, just no urge to overeat or snack. I'd love an app to go with this where I could track my success.

all done really quickly my only problem was i couldn't use the 35% discount code for my 1st order as it wouldn't accept it but can't fault consultation to delivery

Really poor service this month! No sign of delivery and was told to go and pick it up from dpd place no where near me. Took me an hour to get there due to traffic to be told without a QR code no! When I clicked the tracking it was DHL and they do not have parcels from DHL for the last 2 years. Wasted my time after a 12 hour NHS shift plus wasted petrol and still no item I am fuming. What happened to Royal Mail you have dispatched with for the last year?
