Consultation was quick and easy, meds were dispatched super quickly, however the instructions with my meds were for a different delivery system - I selected daily injections but was given instructions for weekly instructions- this is why it’s 4* not 5, but overall very happy with the speed and efficiency of the service.

Very, very, very poor, terrible, I don’t recommend to anyone. Almost one week to deliver, they delivered at the WRONG address, I got the box warm, I don’t even know if the product was damaged. For this price it doesn’t worth for sure!!!

Wanted to restart medication and asked for anti-sickness as I had that previously but was told that the prescription had been sent out and that they couldn’t now add it so basically I couldn’t have the anti sickness medication. Very silly process to be fair.

I have my delivery, however I have to wait an addition 4 days as I have not been in when they’ve attempted to deliver. I’ve had to collect it myself. I’ve lost almost a week before I can start. Having the option to select a delivery day would be a great option.
