“Horrible unscrupulous company with appalling customer service. Given the potential side effects of this drug, a consultation should mean that you have an opportunity to discuss this with a health professional before being billed 200 pounds, hours after filling out a generic questionnaire. I have asked repeatedly for a refund after refusing the order, and to date, that hasn't happened. Your company is an absolute disgrace with a non-existent duty of care.”
