“Initially very impressed with the comprehensive and easy to navigate website. Made decision to order first pen and it all arrived via Royal Mail in ice pack, ready to go straight in the freezer with full instructions in less than 24 hours. Only on day three now, no side effects as yet but only on low dose. Unsure just how much it is help now, but know it needs to get to a little later on before I really notice a change. Have asked a few questions and had immediate response, all in all very happy.”

“Good at selling their product, average support, prices increase as dosage increases which is unfair because by that time customers are ‘hooked’ and feel compulsed to continue with weight loss programme. Rate of weight loss slows down midway of the programme. Customer support could be better with tailored responses rather than generic responses.”

The price only increases is for our specialist dose of 2mg, the rest of the plan remains the same. You can cancel the treatment at any time, you are not locked into a subscription, I can only apologise if you feel this way. Hi Edna, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our advice is to start from 0.25mg or 0.5mg (if you have previously been on weight loss treatment). However, if you have had a GLP-1 agonist such as Saxenda recently and had no side effects we do allow you to begin on 0.5mg. Starting at doses any higher than this is not safe and can lead to severe vomiting as well as causing rapid weight loss with immediate rebound weight gain. Many people lose faith after month 1 on 0.25mg but it is so important to understand that this dose is to acclimatise the body to the drug and prevent side-effects as well as start a path of steady controlled weight loss.
