Absolutely terrible customer service waiting over 4 days for medication we can see it it stuck at depot with the post office tracking, but bmi refuse to refund or send a replacement until investigation is complete! When will the investigation be complete?? How long will I have to wait?? Will never use again and will certainly not recommend

Have delivered my orders days late on several occasions.
Lowered prices on the day that I ordered but still charged me the higher price of £80 more
When I complained they offered me a 5% discount but no refund of the £80

Your money is taken and in fact no personal consult is provided - product is shipped and if you dare to request to return it because you haven’t had a conversation with a health professional to be confident it’s the right thing / safe to do - they will not allow a return / refund even though distance selling regulations are a thing they aren’t exempt from.
