Consultation and service all Smooth, and quick responses. However it’s problematic with products that need to be kept cool for delivery by Royal Mail, it was 3 days later when I received the parcel by which time the medication was no longer kept in cool conditions. Might be worth considering a different method of delivery

Great experience so far ordering 0.25mg pen. Starting off in the process, they have given me good information and delivery of pen was in good cold packaging.

Unfortunately, this will probably be the last month that I use this company due to them having doubled their prices within a couple of months. The product works well and I have lost over 2 stone/kept it off, but I can now buy it with other companies at much more competitive prices. Yes, we know there has been lots of media coverage and therefore demand has increased, but to double their prices in such a short time is clearly exploiting their loyal customers.

A good service but pricing is now ridiculously high making the treatment unsustainable which is not what you want when you go into this. The treatment is £100 more per month than when I started. I will be looking for an alternative supplier sadly

Parcel says delivered but I wasn't there took a photo of Parcel on my door step but when I came home3 days later no parcel was on my step surely this parcel has to be signed for its medication and needs refrigerating but but my bmi says no as far as their concerned it's been delivered

The price of the product was increased last month by £20. That information was communicated to me. It went up again by £20. That’s £50 in two months. I didn’t realise until checkout which was a shock! How can this be justified? I found it very disappointing. The service from the company is efficient however.

It would simply not be sustainable for us to hold prices (as much as we would like to) in the face of increasing wholesaler costs. You ran out of the 14mg pills. All you had available was the 7mg at the same highly inflated price. You've lost a customer.

Hi Findlay, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that we have run out of the 14mg, this is due to a pan European shortage of these medications. We assure you we are working really hard to source inventories from alternate sources but the demand is simply outstripping supply at present. We understand that it can be frustrating when a product is out of stock, especially when it is a medication that you rely on. We do not inflate our prices, we have however had to increase our pricing due to the aforementioned shortages driving up wholesale prices. It would simply not be sustainable for us to hold prices (as much as we would like to) in the face of increasing wholesaler costs.
