1.5 was unavailable so had to go back to 1mg very disappointing. Hope supply problems and pricing get back to normal soon. Awesome service and product when available.

Hi, Apologies for the interruptions in supply we are working hard with Novo Nordisk and their nominated UK distributor to increase the availability of the higher dosages, which are now back in stock in limited quantities. We expect supply disruptions for the rest of the year but are working hard to ensure continuity of service for our existing patients. Kind regards myBMI

I ordered my second injections and they have taken my money and I still not received my item it’s been a week now. Each time I call it just goes straight to the automated message and then it cuts off

Response and delivery times are great but unfortunately orders cannot be fulfilled due to items being unavailable. The price is becoming prohibitive and only lower doses are available. Wish I had waited until the supply issues are resolved.

I found the consultation straight forward and easy to use. There were some questions which I answered and replies from the team were quick. I have just started using BMI and hope this support and good communication continue.

Service and supply have been brilliant up until recently, I am now unable to get the dosage I should be taking having to purchase a lower dosage at an extortionate price.
