“My order was dealt with very efficiently and I received my order in the post . I have started my low dose pen and really easy to use. Very surprised that I did not feel any pain when using the pen . I was surprised however I did not receive a telephone call to ensure I understood side effects etc .”

“I recently changed to My BMI after the Slimcare medical ceased trading.. I have been astounded by the difference in professionalism, speed of delivery after order and how the consultations are managed by My BMI. I wish had started with them from the outset. “I've been a customer for approximately 13 months so far and suddenly I can't access the website. Despite this being likely to be an issue with their website, they appear reluctant to assist me in continuing my treatment and won't provide an alternative such as an email or telephone consultation. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated as the treatment is not cheap and going elsewhere will likely mean being back at Square 1. In the meantime, I'm about to run out.”
