“Really poor customer service. Paid £200 for my order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. You’re not covered if something goes wrong essentially, my order was sent apparently, it’s not special delivery. Have no idea where it is, and the team at myBMI are essentially waiting for said item to be returned before taking any action. Obviously my the the time I receive this Pen it will probably be unusable. Go with a reputable company, seem to be a lot of cowboys in this space, who will take your money, say the order has shipped and then offer no support of item doesn’t arrive for whatever reason. Strongly recommend to use an online pharmacy with long track record! Thank me later..🙏”
