“Quality food with well-balanced macronutrients. Great for anyone training who doesn't have time to cook. The cost per week is not dissimilar from a supermarket shop these days and takes the hassle out of lunches and dinners.”

“These guys are amazing, food is so tasty and so fresh, there's no way I could prep the variety of meals for a week based on the cost and time spent cooking it. I like the fact I can spend more time doing what I want, both work wise and socially and training and have good quality food on hand at any point. Give these guys a try you won't regret it!”

“Highly recommend - it's a great service that solved all of my problems. I no longer need to track all of my meals daily, or spend any effort deciding on what I should eat. I know that I'm eating the right amount of calories every day, from healthy foods that contain vegetables - something that I didn't use to bother preparing beforehand. I don't spend time on cooking, or doing the dishes - what more could you ask for! And most importantly, MyPrep has been one of the only services where I can get actual high protein content on every meal (54g rather than the 34g of protein other services offer when they say 'high protein'). That means I only need two meals a day with my breakfast!”

“By far the best online meal prep we've ever done and we have tried tons! These meals are fresh and taste really good. The quality is outstanding and we will definitely continue with them. It is great to that they change up the menu but keep the standard. Really look forward to eating them and look forward to the next range.”

“Tastes like it shouldn’t be good for you, but it is! I’ve been using the muscle gain my prep for around 9 months. Fits perfectly into my schedule, avoiding the need to prep food during and after a long day. Portion size is good too.”

“Meals were so over seasoned with the spices not cooked off properly m, fish hadn’t even been attempted to be deboned. Only good thing about these meals are the packaging. Wouldn’t eat them even if they were free”

“Prob be a myprep fan for life. Even for those not in the fitness world, they should op in and try these meals for a replacement to their 'ready meals' as the ingredients, quantity and value are streaks ahead of everyone else. What the guys have at myprep have achieved over the years to bring us premium meals + easy to add macros to my fit pal shouldn't go unrecognised. Proud to have myprep fuel me throughout the day, and I've even taken them on holiday with me. Switch up of meals every 4 weeks keeps the tastebuds going and plate fresh. Also love it when they add in 'fans favourites' now and again.”
