“I have had the opportunity to work with Engg Buddy as an online tutor, providing assistance in Computer Science. Engg Buddy stands out by allowing tutors to communicate and negotiate rates, which offers a sense of flexibility that is highly appreciated. They have significantly contributed to a student's academic journey, helping one particular student improve their grade from a C to a B+. However, there are areas that need improvement. The student matching process occasionally misaligns, pairing tutors with students whose needs do not match their expertise. Though Engg Buddy generally maintains a good track record in matching, inconsistency remains a concern. Additionally, the workload can be unpredictable, with periods of intense activity followed by lulls. Despite these challenges, my experience with Engg Buddy has been mostly positive, thanks to their open communication and dedication to student success."”

“I've been working with MyEngineeringBuddy as an online tutor for the past year. The flexibility the platform offers is excellent; I can schedule sessions according to my availability, which fits perfectly around my other commitments. Another positive aspect is the professional environment—MyEngineeringBuddy doesn't create unnecessary issues, allowing me to focus on my tutoring sessions without distractions. However, I've noticed that there can be a lack of communication and support from the student helpline team. This sometimes makes it difficult to resolve issues quickly and effectively. “As a tutor with My Engg Buddy for seven years, I've had a mixed experience. While the company offers decent resources for both students and tutors, I've often found the interface to be sluggish and not user-friendly.😕 Communication with the support team can be slow, making it hard to resolve issues promptly. On the brighter side, My Engg Buddy does provide a steady stream of students, especially in Computer Science. However, the overall experience has left room for improvement. 😞"”

“My son took classes with tutor Abhi for AP Calculus BC and I have seen significant improvements. Sessions are mostly on time and hardly there are cancellations. The fee of $22 per hour is not the cheapest but not much considering the quality of tutoring and the service. I am satisfied and have already told few of my close friends. Hope they keep doing the good work in future too.”
