“I received my 16 infant chicks in very good condition. All of them survived their journey in great condition. The only issue I encountered was with my post office. I had specifically wanted the closest post office to me for pick up. It is literally 4 minutes by car. They sent and kept it at the "annex". Looking back in hindsight probably the best. I had chicks delivered before at my little post office .. different company and had 2 die within 2 days after arrival. All the girls survived... And would buy from again”

“I love allthe things about this site. I ordered nine chicks. Unfortunately 2 didnt survive but when ordering from anymore - I never ecpect 100%of them to make it. The 7 remaining of my 9 are growing like weeds, strong,healthy, playfull. So much fun to watch, I have ordered other products and been happy with everything. Wish I had learned about this site years ago. As an older person - not in the greatest health- this place is a god send for me.”

We do not see a report from you regarding your little ones as they were covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee for 48 hours after their arrival. “I have ordered 3 times from My Pet Chicken... Ordering is easy... very accommodating when changes needed to be made...Chicks have always arrived healthy... I did have one chick in 2022 arrive with curled toes... They immediately taught me how to fix the chicks toes AND still reimbursed me (even though I said it wasn't necessary). They stand behind their chicks and have great communication! I will always order from My Pet Chicken!”

“First of all, the MPC Customer Service is incredible. They held my hand every step of the way. The birds were even better than the service! I got 4 starter pullets (Blue Laced Red Wyandotte, Wheaten Marran, and two Ultra Rare Surprise Me’s which are a Blue Splash Ameraucana and what appears to be an OPAL Green Egger!!!) that arrived in perfect condition from what was a 25hr trip from time of label creation to my local PO. I am over the moon excited and their personalities are already in full force. One happy customer and 4 happy birds! TY”

“We have gotten multiple shipments of chicks and have been extatic with them! On a previous order our chicks did not make it in transit but they were very quick to rectify the shipment with either a reimbursement or reshipment. We chose reshipment and they all came in perfect health! Would recommend!!!”
