“All my chicks showed up on time and nicely packaged for the chicks. They got me all 3 of my breeds I requested on time! Couldn’t have been better. The customer service was also very helpful when I had questions. Highly recommend!”

“I have received My Pet Chicken emails for years but my city did not allow backyard chickens until this year. Through chat and email I have received wonderful advice, thoughtful suggestions, recommendations and emotional support from all the brilliant women at My Pet Chicken. The result? Four gorgeous healthy pullets that get along happily with each other in their big beautiful penthouse coop by Nestera. The USPS delivered them to Florida overnight, just as we hoped they would. My Pet Chicken professionals know their business with compassion and love not only for their birds, but for their customers, new and loyal, as well.”

“My Pet Chicken is the first place I go to for chicks, flock supplies, and now treats for our family and friends. I love the Lifestyle section with all the honey and wellness products. This is my go to for gifts for the holidays for my chicken loving friends! The customer service is top notch and I know I can reach someone for questions any time and get a response. The phone and chat team are amazing and always treat me with respect and give me great tips! I would give 10 stars if they were available!”

“We ordered baby chicks and one passed away the day after arriving. My son was devistated becuase it was his favorite one. I messaged them about it and they went above and beyond with getting the refund issued so we could order a replacement that would be sent out the next week in order for us to have them is the same brooder. Janie the Flock Care Specialist that I spoke to was absolutley wonderful and so sweet when helping us.”

“Ordered 4 little chicks for my broody hen to love. All arrived alive and seemed well. We lost one, Henrietta may have unknowingly squish her. Customer service was great. Offered helpful advice on introducing the day old chicks to mama around dusk. The other 3 are doing great! Overall I am very satisfied.”

“Chicks arrived quickly in good shape from the trip. Unfortunately one developed issues over the first day, but the helpline was fantasic and employees incredibly caring, helpful and attentive. The little one didn't make it, and I was issued an immediate credit. The six remaining chicks are healthy and active and growing like weeds! The process was better than expected, and the support outstanding.”

“I am so very happy with my purchase of 4 different baby chicks! I received them on 8/20 and they all arrived healthy and happy. They are now 2 weeks old and such a joy to be around. They are all very friendly which is great because I basically purchased them for pets. Pet chicken has a great variety of chicks to choose from which makes it nice to match up to what you are looking for. They are excellent on getting back with you on any questions that may arise and they do so in a timely manner. I highly recommend My Pet Chicken for your purchase!! Thank you so much !”
