There is no transparency regarding the extra charges RingGo adds to use the service. Unless looking at the small print, most users do not realise that there is 20p convenience fee, 10p for text messages. Paying at a machine is cheaper

This is a SCAM. They take money wrongly and make it impossible to get any customer service help or make contact... numbers and emails addresses seem to be bogus. They are thieves and the whole thing is not fit for purpose. They meet no industry requirements I know of and need blacklisting.

I am trying to update my vehicle as I have a private reg. I can’t speak to anyone can’t contact even a robot . We pay more for this diabolical service which is not convenient and the profit should go back into the community. It’s killing the high street as not everyone can use it and it’s open to fraud

Absolutley disgraceful. No telephone service now available for queries. Only if you need to pay. No live chat - always a useless bot. Despite being giverna ticket number no - one has called or contacted me.
This company should be banned from operating by the telephone regulator

CP ref 2035. What a rip off. 20 mins free of £5.60 for the day. No wonder the "High Street" is dying and people shop on line. The phone number options did not allow me to pay. The virtual chat did not respond. The app took 5-6-7 attempts before finally logging in. The RingGo owners are an American Hedge fund. Hence zero customer service; Legalised extortion.
