“Excellent communication. Asked to change the date (few days before) and they were so friendly and understanding about it. Donuts arrived perfect and it looked good and I heard from the bday girl that it was great.”

“I actually bought this as a gift and had it sent straight to the company. I messaged my sweet box to get a picture of the gift but never received a proper picture. I think taking pictures before sending them out to deliver would be great for those gifting it to someone so we can actually have a look at what it looks like and also share on our social media.”

“The communication with the staff was great. When I picked it up it was a little hard to find the location because there's no signage but she came out immediately. The cake was huge and really well made. Definitely recommend for a large group.”

“An amazing value for money, with quick delivery, gift idea to celebrate a special birthday that had plans cancelled last minute due to having to isolate. Presentation was spectacular and the sweet treats were delicious! The birthday person was thrilled and it was a fantastic surprise. Something that we wouldn't normally do. Highly recommend! “I order the loaded brownie box for birthdays for my kids and there partners and they absolutely love them . I’ve ordered this a few times . The ordering is easy and they update you on delivery. I will continue to use My sweet Box you get value for money. I highly recommend them for dessert boxes.”
