“I love their products and have been ordering from them for the past few months at my US address. I faced no issues in the shipping process for these orders. However, my latest order with them to be delivered to my address here in Thung Samo, Thailand is taking longer than expected. When I asked them about the status of my order they confirmed that they have dispatched it and it is in transit. As per the latest FedEx update, the shipment has cleared the Thai customs and shall be delivered to me in the next 2 working days. Lets hope for the best.”

“While I loved the quality of their products I received, as a company they need to work on their slow shipping service. I ordered a few essential oils and the arrived in 2 weeks! This was very annoying and not acceptable when they promise to deliver the order within 7-8 working days. When I asked them about the status of my order they confirmed that they have dispatched it and it is in transit, but I received it after almost 12 days. I kept on tracking my order for all these days and it was stuck in customs clearance in Istanbul. Do all the orders to Turkey take this long to ship?? First-time customer, a bit disappointed with shipping.”
