“We have bought both a integrated washing machine and integrated fridge/freezer recently. On both occasions extremely friendly and helpful staff in store, no pushy sales talk, just warm friendly assistance and at an extremely competitive price. Fast delivery service both installations on a date and time I wanted. Staff installing were on time, extremely friendly and did a very efficient job leaving no mess whatsoever. In short what what I wanted when I wanted it at the right price and completely hassle free. Would recommend ne appliances without question.”

“The salesperson was very helpful, but the availability of the preferred type of fridge freezer ( narrow width & 50/50 ) we required was disheartening, to say the least when we had to purchase a different finish and ratio!”

“Great customer service and the best delivery guys I've ever had. Arrived on time, called in advance, took a washing machine up 4 floors to a top floor flat without any moaning and stayed cheerful and upbeat throughout. The washing machine isn't bad either !!”

“Brilliant service. I purchased installation too. The price of the hob could only be matched by the big providers but when it came to delivery and installation, ne appliances were a mile ahead on cost and speed. The installation was quick and efficient; carried out by a polite and professional team. The 5 stars is absolutely deserved.”

“Communication was very poor. Our delivery date was changed and we were not told about it. It was hard to get hold of anyone and when I did they were slow to explain or apologise. The 2nd delivery date was cancelled. When the cooker was eventually delivered, we were told it couldn't be installed by the delivery team, although we were expecting it to be installed because the website ordering system did not explain this properly. The only positive part of the whole experience was the fact that the delivery team were helpful and sympathetic, and apologised even though they were not at fault. There was a small dent in the side of the cooker. I would not use this company again.”
