“Overall I strongly recommend ne appliances and I’ll definitely choose them next time. It was not their fault that I chose a fitted oven that did not fit the space. We had a bit of a problem reordering but in the end we had excellent customer service and the issue was fully resolved.”

“The customer service was excellent. The moment we walked in the door, the young lady was extremely helpful. Having been to a well-known company the day before, where the service was non-existent, it was a breath of fresh air. I would definitely buy from ne appliances again and would recommend to friends too.”

“Appliance damaged in transit. Unable to replace and deliver a new one. Lots of time wasted trying to resolve and have another refrigerator delivered from another company.”

“The nice guys who arrived couldn't remove the existing dishwasher. They tried very hard and were apologetic and kind. So they left with the new machine which has been refunded very efficiently. However when my husband got home he removed the dishwasher on his own. What can I say?”

“Ordered a Quooker Boiling Water Tap and accessories. Ne Appliances offered the best deal I could find. After a poor start with delivery delayed and then delivered to wrong address with item missing, Sam was tenacious at sorting things out. Now installed and working well.”

“My ne appliance was excellent in every way. I'd ordered the wrong model, but they were back two days later with the appliance I'd meant to order. All 4 delivery men involved were lovely - friendly, helpful and cheerful, and the person who phoned me to arrange the delivery of the one I should have ordered was the same. I couldn't have asked for better service - especially as it was me who had made the initial mistake. My thanks to everyone involved.”

“Just Purchased an Indesit IWC71252 W UK N Washing machine opting for the un/install service and can't praise the service engineer enough, as he handled a very difficult situation with great ingenuity and patience and calmed my anxiety; leaving the job after two hours with a beautifully installed new working machine! I can not thank John enough! The machine seems to be working fine, is very quiet and what is there not to like? Thank you ne appliances!!!!”
