“The freezer arrived promptly. The foot was broken (not the fault of NE). NE replaced the freezer with no hassle very promptly.”

“There was a delay with delivery of my air fryer due to supply problems. I was kept informed and when I phoned the store the staff I spoke to were friendly and polite.The delivery arrived in the time slot given. Drivers were helpful and polite.”

“Order was constantly delayed. Staff didn't even know when they'd be getting stock and so was waiting. Ended up going through PayPal for a refund. Would not use again.”

“I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by NE from beginning to end. The guy in the store helped us decide on a washing machine and was so helpful and friendly. Then the two guys who delivered the washing machine were brilliant. They took away my 21 year old machine which was very heavy and fitted my new one into a very tight space. They even took the packaging away!! I am so pleased with my new Bosch washing machine!!”
