“A bit disappointed having had an excellent previous purchase experience. On this occasion an in stock item turned out to have a 2 week delivery yet the money for the item was taken on the day of ordering. It was difficult to get information regarding when delivery would be made since it depended upon when stock was received from the manufacturer. The delivery guys were excellent.”

“Very disappointing. Very efficiently installed BUT big problem ever since as the freezer compartment door will not close properly. The Hotpoint engineer came last Saturday and chipped away the build up of ice, adjusted the door and . showed us how to FIRMLY close it. We used it the following day and.......could not close it. So, again, ice is building up. The gentleman we’ve been dealing with has Covid and we’ve been referred to Nailsea Electrical. So far our attempts to speak to ‘Chris’ have failed. We are VERY anxious and frustrated at this state of affairs.”

“The purchase online was stress free. Our delivery arrived within the specified period given to us earlier in the day. The driver and his assistant were extremely efficient, polite and friendly. The installation took a little longer than planned but they did the job without fuss. I thoroughly recommend ne appliances for their efficiency both before and after purchase and will seriously consider purchasing further items from them in the future.”
