“The Bosch 176cm fridge/freezer is exactly what we wanted with the best electricity saving possible. NE was by far the best price and delivery was exactly what we were told and the guys were very helpful to lift it into the kitchen. We will definitely shop with NE again.”

“Absolutely fantastic throughout. Competitive prices and very fast delivery. We paid for fitting of an integrated fridge freezer. Well worth it the men were extremely polite,helpful and very professional.Will definitely recommend and use again. Very impressed. Thank you very much”

“So far I am satisfied with oven Was disappointed that my original oven was out of stock, although the website indicated it was in stock. This meant I was without a oven for a few more weeks. You did however offer me a alternative oven at the same price. Although delivery was delayed by a couple of hours, which I only found out by calling in, it went smoothly.”

“Would definitely use ne appliances again. For one thing the price of the washing machine was so good compared to other electrical places. Ordering was easy. On the day of delivery I was contacted that morning by the delivery guys with an estimated time they would get to me. They arrived in that time slot. The delivery team were so friendly and polite. They even gave me a tip on pushing the machine back under the worktop. I was very impressed with everything to do with this purchase.”

“Cooker arrived on time, and I'm happy with it. However I'd paid for install and they took one look and said that they couldn't install as there wasn't a socket and they 'weren't electricians'. I haven't been contacted re a refund. When I finally found an electrician who was free I had to pay again, and he just cut the cable back and wired it in very simply.”

“Contacted NE for new Induction Hob, sales advisor so helpful and respectful of budget. Fitting service was very reasonable and would recommend using, delivery was arranged to suit me and was quick. Brilliant service all round and thank you.”

“Could do with a confirmation of delivery date. Also strange how Iam getting phone calls for extended warranty from a company Iv never dealt with. Please don’t sell my info!”

“I ordered on Sunday and delivery was made, as planned, on Tuesday. Delivery staff were polite and helpful and installed the fridge/freezer, explained how it worked and removed my broken machine all within about fifteen minutes. Excellent service, thank you. John Barron”

“All the staff from the showroom to the delivery crew were friendly and professional and a joy to deal with, even though there had been a delay in the delivery of one of the items which could not be located in the warehouse which caused the delay, however, we were adequately reimbursed for our trouble. They have a lovely well-equipped showroom and the staff has very good product knowledge, no high pressure selling just an easy transaction.”
