“First class service, prompt delivery, and an all round excellent team. The positive attitude, customer care, and friendliness of the store staff is what ensured we used NE. To then get a really good deal on top of that, just confirmed the decision. As a business local to us in origin I would definitely recommend them, and will be going back in future to them first.”

“I am disappointed with the new world cooker, the one I wanted is out of stock so I did agree to take the replacement but I don't think it is as good as the one I wanted. Also it was delivered with no gas pipe or the electric cable also only 2 racks for the two ovens. I am not a happy lady”

The product description does state that the oven only comes with 2 racks, however, as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to supply you with some more. “I ordered a double integral oven for my daughter, it was delivered the next day. It was installed and old oven taken away. The service was so good that when my oven stopped working within a week I called Nailsea services and again they delivered and installed the oven the next day. We cannot recommend highly enough the service we received and quality and good price.”
