“Spoke to Andrew by phone to place an order for an oven he was very helpful and selected a delivery date which was ok for me, item arrived on time driver and mate were good put the oven in the kitchen for us, good people to do business with can,t fault them, would surely buy from the company again,GLYN CATLIN.”

“I found them to be knowledgeable and helpful when I visited. I needed 3 new appliances and Adam took me through what was available and compared with other outlets to give me the best price. He kept me informed when the items were in their warehouse and fitted delivery to my requirements. I would definitely recommend then.”

“The aeg tumble dryer model I bought is no good, whatever setting you use it leaves items slightly damp when finished,,meaning that we have to run it again until dry. Not happy with it at all.”

“Appliance ordered on 30th May and still NOT received on 12th June and no date as yet for delivery, very disappointed.”

However, we are collecting your appliance from them ourselves today and will deliver it as soon as we have it back at our warehouse. Apologies for the delay once again. “I'd never heard of NE appliances before but decided to try them out. Opted for an all-day delivery slot then remembered I had an appointment between 9. - 9.45. Contacted them and they said that was no problem, they'd ask the men to deliver after 10.00. On the day of delivery I had a phone call at 8.20 to say they would be here at 10.00 and they were here promptly at 10.00. The men were quick and efficient and up till now everything is fine. However, I did email NE appliances with a general enquiry but I didn't get a reply to disappointed with that.”
