“As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and offered help. The lady was efficient, knew what she was talking about and found us the best deal. Couldn’t fault them! Delivery was quick, the old machine was removed, replaced and taken away. Will 100% be using NE appliances again.”

“very help full service, fast delivery, but your computer system was out of sync in house with the info i was viewing on your website the previous night, only because i informed and assisted the store manager and did not leave when he said we dont have that item did we save the day and i got what i required.”

“Staff, installers, very pleasant and helpful. Some hiccup with delivery and installers not co ordinating very well, and still waiting for a door kit to arrive for dishwasher and be installed after first one was not correct part. But overall quite pleased with service.”
