“I am not sure even if they deserve a one-star. A very dodgy and fraudulent company, first of all, their online page is not updated and when you buy an item your purchase goes through but the product is not available so the company changes the details and sends you a similar product. To ask for an exchange or refund they take you through hell. They have no customer service and when you manage a call a lady keeps on promising that someone will call you back but you will never get a call from anyone for days. I was preparing to go through the Obdusman claim when a friend offered to help and got my refund through a big fight, cautioning them to take legal action against them. It took me many days to arrange for a collection of the item and to proceed with my refund. After this experience, I will never buy any big item from small companies and I will not recommend this company to anyone at all”

“Very pleased indeed. Ordering on line was simple, delivery was straightforward. Two very nice young men, did such a good job I gave them a (very) small tip. Van had nice livery. I don't need any other white goods at the moment, but when I do I will definitely come to NE.”

“I hadn’t heard of N E Appliances before I needed a replacement washing machine but they were excellent! From that first call with the helpful Sam, they kept me up to date on the progress of delivery (which shop does that?!) to delivery by their awesome delivery team Andy and Terry. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. I never bother to write reviews but just had to with N E Appliances. Really superb. Recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“Hi ordering the appliance was okay but the delivery experience was not good the delivery driver called me to let me know that they will deliver the item from 9 am to 1000am .they arrived at 0915 and called me to say that they were outside after a few minutes he calls me again to say why I haven’t come out of my house to receive the delivery.it has never happened before that the delivery driver can’t wait for the owner of the house more than 1 minute to open the door.very unprofessional. I would have to think twice before ordering from ur company as I have 15 properties and I am always ordering appliances”

“Amica Electric cooker ordered having been shown on website as in stock but was subsequently advised item ordered was not in stock with NE Appliances but was in stock at Amica. This resulted in an initial delay in delivery and then a further delay in delivery. Item was eventually delivered.”
