Excellent and polite delivery service. They took it to the room of choice. So good that I ordered a second one. I would highly recommend.

Bed came damaged and I had to refuse delivery. Second bed came and was also damaged and we couldn’t get the feet in. Third time lucky and I’m finally happy with my bed. Wouldn’t shop there again or recommend to friends

What if the bed was faulty and I needed a refund, the bed itself is overall ok condition for what you pay, but the customer service seems to be non existent.

Ordered 3 mattresses on Saturday, order was accepted with payment taken out of account. On Tuesday, at 1 p.m. received an email stating merchant has canceled order with no further reason why. When ordering online it had not stated I was ordering the last 3 mattresses! There customer service is horrendous as I Called customer service 10 times, left voicemail and emails but received no response at all. I am very concerned about my refund.

The quality of the bed is brilliant. The customer Service, not so good. The wrong item was sent, then the next 2 deliverys were damaged, they didn’t want to take back any of the damaged items, leaving me with large items to dispose of etc. They just didn’t seem that bothered that it took me so long and a lot of hassle to actually get all the correct parts of the bed I should’ve had.
