I was looking for a single divan bed base, nothing fancy but not too expensive. The headboard included was a bonus. Cheaper than buying just a bed base from most uk bed stores. Excellent and polite delivery service. They took it to the room of choice. So good that I ordered a second one. I would highly recommend.

The quality of the bed is brilliant. The customer Service, not so good. The wrong item was sent, then the next 2 deliverys were damaged, they didn’t want to take back any of the damaged items, leaving me with large items to dispose of etc. They just didn’t seem that bothered that it took me so long and a lot of hassle to actually get all the correct parts of the bed I should’ve had.

Ordered a small single bed in the evening, received phone call the next morning to arrange delivery date. Message the night before delivery to give a time slot.
The 2 lads who delivered the bed were very polite and friendly.
For the price, the bed headboard and mattress are really good. Overall very happy with the service and the goods received.
