“Do not order from this company unless you're 100% sure you won’t be returning it! My mother-in-law ordered a shower curtain, didn’t like the color/design once she got it, and the company WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN! They state that something has to be wrong with it for a return to be accepted. They claim the shower curtain was handmade to order! That’s ridiculous. The bag the curtain was in has a MADE IN CHINA sticker on it! I wish my mother-in-law would’ve never ordered from here. Who doesn’t accept returns?????? Very disappointing.”

“My order was marked delivered last week, but it never came. Apparently someone miswrote my address on the package and, the address as written doesn’t exist. I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to track it down and getting the run around. This was a terrible experience. Don’t waste your money or time.”

“I ordered a floor mat. What i received did not look like the photo at all. The quality is very cheep and not durable as advertised. I went to another store and purchased a much larger and more durable floor mat for less money.”

“The shower curtain came with 11 grommet holes rather than the standard 12. Hole spacing varied from 5” to 8”. I I notified the company immediately and submitted the photos of the defective item, shipping label, etc. but have yet received a refund or replacement.”

“Very long delivery time. It doesn't say which measurement is length or width. So instead of the shower curtain that I thought I was getting 70w x 78L. It came 78w x 70 long which not for a stand alone shower and they wouldn't refund my order. I will not do business with them again and I suggest the same for you.”

“I like the shower curtain well enough, but I had to get creative using a liner with it. Every shower curtain I’ve ever purchased had twelve eyelets for hanging. This curtain had 11?????”

“Shipping took much longer than expected. I ordered a Winter outdoor welcome mat which took over a month to arrive. Shipping was done from China. The product was also flimsy and in no way could be used as an outdoor mat. I have it in my laundry room. Pretty disappointed overall.”

“I've purchased a few items from this company and I'm very satisfied with my orders. I will have to say that I ordered one item and then a week later I ordered another item and the second item came first. Even with the shipping issue I'm still very satisfied with the items I purchased. Despite the shipping issue I'm still going to order from this company again untill they give me a reason to not order from them.”

“The “doormat” that I ordered is sewn completely crooked on the top and right side. It is very lightweight and flimsy, and would blow away outside. For $30, I am very disappointed. I tried to contact this company through email, but I did not receive a response. I would like a refund or replacement that is not crooked.”
