“I had to start a PayPal dispute to get a response from customer service. Once the item did arrive it seems to be cheaply made and not as described. It should have been a sheet set and it was a blanket cover and 2 pillow cases. The colors are not right as well. I will not buy again.”

“Can I give less than 1 star? Horrible horrible ornaments. NOTHING like what was pictured. These 3 ornaments look like childrens shrinky dinks! Cheap plastic! Not worth the money at all! I want a refund!”

“Terrible I received an “ornament” that didn’t look like the picture on the website. It’s a cheap plastic thing with a gorilla on it. Very disappointed! I would love a refund”

“Customer service was out of this world upon during the process. It was about one month late from the expected delivery date, however upon receiving the item it was exactly as described and well worth the wait. I would certainly order from this company again but it will be about a month earlier when I do lol.”

“Ordered a Christmas ornament and have been trying to return it since it’s a cheap plastic thing that I waited over a month to get. Support has been responsive but they keep asking me for more pictures or more reasons for the return. I ordered several to give as gifts and I do my think I’ll be getting my money back.”

“would have been real cool if they sent me what i ordered. i waited a month to get this.. im sure your thinking o well we'll just send what we have its not like they are gonna wanna pay to ship this back to china and wait a month for it to be processed and another to get the correct one shipped .. i guess ya snooze ya lose huh? wont be ordering from these guys again. should have listened to the other reviews”

“The item I ordered did not come as displayed. I ordered an Irish Christmas tree skirt. The picture shows the item with a black boarder. However when then item arrived, it had a red boarder. I have reach out to customer service, but have not heard back as of yet. If the situation is resolved, I will update this review.”

“Do not order anything for Christmas- they say shipping is delayed due to COVID but if pay $65 more in shipping I could get it before Christmas. Told them to cancel order but they said the couldn’t because it was shipping. Typical overseas operation taking advantage of people trying to get Christmas items.”

“The ornament we ordered looked like blown glass, then we got an email saying it would be a flat ornament that had same image. Took a long time to receive and we are totally disappointed. The image is wavy. Looks like a piece of junk. Will never order from this company again. Complete rip off.”

“Read their return policy carefully, if you can find it. I tried to return an item 2 days after ordering it and found out I would still be charged $. Its been 3 weeks and I still do not have the item but get emails every other day from this company wanting me to rate them. Buyer beware.”

“I Ordered curtain that is beautiful and of the quality I expected. The colors and style are perfect for the bedroom. Delivery took a few weeks longer than I expected, but clearly worth the wait!”

“I ordered curtains that never came, then was told they were sent back in an email, had a "customer support person" text me telling me my address doesn't exist then was asked to pay a fee to resend them tried to pay but it wouldn't go through then as soon as i asked for a refund, they told me they sent it out already only to find out its not coming again due to my address, which is the correct one by the way, never had trouble with that address ever. I will not be ordering from this store again.”
