“The customer service has been awesome so far. There is no phone number but they email back very promptly. The quality of the wallpaper is very high. It is much thicker than other peel and stick varieties, which also presents other problems. For example you cannot really overlap the seams because it will show. I’ve also had trouble with air bubbles —because this paper is so thick, you can really just press the paper into the bubble and stick onto the wall. I’ve had to re-apply with new panels if the air bubbles are too many or I’ve stretched the paper out by trying to smooth it. The patterns are really beautiful and definitely speak to a specific vintage style.”
“I requested a replacement photo and frame for the “rider” picture and frame.. both were damaged. I supplied photos of the damages as well. Customer service said they put in for a replacement but only sent me a new picture. Also, company replies were over 24 hours each time.”
