“After months of going and back and forth on this expensive wallpaper I finally pulled the trigger. When Im open the box I was very exicted. The print was lovely. However, after diligetly following directions and spending several hours applying the peel and stick wallpaper it all fell down within 24 hours! I have other peel and stick wallpaper in my home from other brands like has held up beautifully over time. I'm VERY dissappointed in the quality of North and Finch. I reached out for a refund, but haven't heard anything back, which is another knock on their brand.”
“I placed my order on 1/31. I received the wrong item on 2/9 and was told a new order would be placed. I asked for an update on 2/15 and haven’t heard back or received the item I ordered as of 12/16.”
“While the wallpaper we ordered is extremely beautiful, we have have the hardest time getting the help we need from customer service and when we have gotten a response it has been incredibly unhelpful, untimely and blaming us. I would never recommend this store to friends or family because of that alone which is such a shame because everything is stunning and high quality.”

“I was charged $59 to ship 1 tiny sample of wallpaper without realizing...I quickly requested to cancel the order, however that didn't happen. This is a ridiculous amount to charge what would cost maybe $2.”

I wanted to cancel the order right after I made it but I could find no way to get in touch with the company. I still would like to return my order but this request for a review was the first communication I’ve received from North & Finch that isn’t a marketing email. “I just order about 8 prints and I am not happy with the quality of paper and prints at all. I order from Olive and Oak at the same time, so the difference in quality, paper and delivery is sooooo much better.”
