“Terrible and virtually zero customer service. I order back on December 10th and nothing has arrived. They will not refund your money until you return the package back to them. In other words, never cause I have no product but my credit got charged. Also, note the bad reviews they get push down immediately by good reviews intentionally. BUYERS BE AWARE DO NOT BUY!!!!”

“Their customer service email response time is one of the fastest ones I've interacted with so far. I was a bit worried since they didn't have a phone number for me to call, but they responded their emails so fast that I didn't really have to worry about it!”

“I placed a wrong order and wanted to cancel it and they said it was already on its way. But they were so nice about it and let me reject the package back to them so I didn't have to pay for stuff I didn't need because I had those products already.”

“I was a little upset at first because my shipment got stuck and wouldn't move for a while. But as soon as I reached out to Novashine, they immediately sent me a new one to my new address! Such great customer service that more companies should take after.”

“They said they would try to respond back within 24 hours and I got my response in less that 12 hours! Novashine really does work really hard especially through holiday seasons I can't imagine how many emails they have to reply to!”

“My son's light went out shortly after using the kit, but their customer service was great! They responded to me right away and told me they will immediately send a new one over. Definitely better customer service than some other brands I've seen.”

“After hearing about Novashine all over social media, I decided to give it a try and I'm really impressed! Within days of using it, I already started to notice results and all you have to do is apply the gel and plug it into your phone for 15-30 minutes while you're cleaning, doing work, or binge watching Netflix. Not to mention, Novashine's incredible customer service. After receiving the kit and putting a picture on my Instagram story, they reached out within a few hours and asked if I had any questions and were extremely kind! I would highly recommend trying it out!”

“My granddaughters mouth piece quit working and I emailed the company and in just a couple of hours I already had a reply back from them asking for my address telling me they were mailing her out another mouthpiece. No questioning me whatsoever , just wanted to know where to send it. I highly recommend this company because they are Great!!”

“I waited to do this review until after Christmas, as it was bought for a gift. I’ve read several reviews saying it whitens dramatically in a couple of uses. I’ve not had that experience. I can definitely tell that my teeth are whiter! I’d love to do an updated review when I’ve finished both tubes! My cousin says it’s amazing and her teeth are white as snow! Can’t wait to see my final results! It is a very convenient system & nicely packaged!”

“They said it would ship between December 8-14 and I received it on December 8 I was very impressed. I’ve only had this product for a few days and so far I love it! I am seeing a difference. It is not sensitive on my teeth like other things I have tried and is so easy to use and doesn’t take too much time either!”
