“All they want is money, it may work, but at a very expensive price. They will not let you buy a retainer from them for the price they would include in the kit. If you recently had braces and you lost your retainer and don’t want to spend $200 on a new one, this is not the place to look for help. I talked to someone over the phone at my location and there was a language barrier, its like she didn’t understand what I was saying. Overall 0/10”

“Hi my name is Jasmeen. I placed my order more than a month ago and haven’t received it yet . I emailed you guys twice in a week & haven’t heard anything back from you. Which is really disappointing because I spent a good amount of money on your product but still don’t know where it is , I am not able to track it, you guys are not even bothering yourself to contact your customer back and help them out with their problem. Your customer service is worse, you don’t even care replying back .”

“I am very happy with my Novashine product only one small issue! I ordered a gel refill and I got a tooth paste in the mail instead I paid $30 of a $10 tooth paste. I am currently out of gel and I want to whiten my teeth. 😡”
