“I love the excellent quality and classical style of N.Peal products. Goods are delivered quickly. The resending must be paid by the buyer which means relatively high cost for the insurance of the parcel. This is the only minor point which could be improved.”

As your order has come from the UK,sometimes parcels can be pulled by customs for further inspections, this is occasional and unfortunately is out of our control as it is within the hands of US customs. Usually any customs issues are cleared up very quickly and I am sorry for the experience you have received when placing your very first order with us.
