By the time I got back to my shopping experience, my garment on sale was no longer the same price. Double loss.”

“This asked for a rating of the website itself, not Odlo (which i Love!). Website is fairly easy to use. Search is not always able to find items so sometimes you just have to wade through multiple, unrelated pages. Checkout was straightforward. Return instructions are outdated, so one version contradicts another.”
“Good service once you know how to interact with Odlo. For example, if you order an item on sale & it's the wrong size, you're reimbursed (that's fine), but if you want to simply exchange the item for a different size, you have to re-order & ... this same item --originally on sale-- is NOT on sale for this second purchase (you pay FULL PRICE). So this time, I ordered 2 different sizes of the SAME ITEM on sale, & then returned the one that didn't fit. Too bad that you have to "work around" the lack of an option to simply exchange an item for another size.”
