“The products the Odlo make are superb in quality I ordered running jacket, shorts and socks. In a world of quick delivery and helpful customer services I was disappointed to wait 3 weeks for delivery and the responses I eventually got from their customer services were quite poor, the first was in my opinion brusque. The last communication I had arrived a day after my goods had been delivered to say they had been delivered. Perhaps I’m being overly critical but I expect fast helpful responses and a delivery time under ten days.”
