“Dreadful experience, I needed to return the item by post value 52 euros. Odlo refused to pay any postage or refund any registered post costs despite my emails to them. They charged me postage costs to send the item which they also did not refund. Total loss to me was over 18.45 euros for a simple refund of a perfect unused item. It ruined any goodwill I originally had for the company. Not recommended.”
